Do you have a retail walk in location?
We do not have a walk in retail location. If you would like to rent a car; book online or over the phone and have the car deliverd to your location or pick it up at our free pick up site in North Port. The process is paperless and contactless!
Can you Deliver to my location?
Yes! We do charge a fee for delivery. Delivery valid for Sarasota and Charlotte Counties only. Delivery Fee's:
North Port $75. Englewood $125. Venice $125. Port Charlotte $125. Sarasota $175. Punta Gorda $175
Pick up at our North Port location for FREE.
can i rent with a debit card?
We DO NOT accept debit cards for payment. Must pay for the full rental price with a major credit card.
Do i need car insurance to rent?
Yes! You need to carry comprehensive and collision coverage and provide proof upon rental.
can i bring a pet?
Pets are welcome, but must be in a car carrier when in vehicle.
Extending Car Rental
At this time, the only way to extend your rental is to call us.
When extending a rental, we will need to place an additional authorization on your credit or debit card.
Your rates are subject to change based on the length of your rental extension. Usually the longer you keep the vehicle, the better deal you'll receive because you can then take advantage of our weekly and monthly rates.
Can I Drive A Rental Car Out Of State?
We do not allow our cars out of state.
Does Palm car rental Allow Me to Tow with or Attach a Hitch to the Rental Car?
We allow towing with our pick up truck and premium SUV rental vehicles. However, towing is restricted to max capacity of 6000lb.
